At Catalyst Inspections, our mission is simple: treat every home as if it were our own. We’re a veteran-owned inspection company serving homeowners and real estate professionals across Northern Colorado. Whether you’re buying, selling, or making the most of your builder’s warranty, we believe in thorough inspections, clear communication, and delivering value that gives you peace of mind.
We’re not a high-volume operation. By limiting ourselves to no more than two inspections per day, we ensure every client gets the time, attention, and education they deserve. Our same-day, photo-rich reports are detailed yet easy to understand—helping you move forward with confidence.

Randy Isaac — Owner, Certified Master Inspector (CMI®) & US Air Force Veteran
Randy is both an owner of Catalyst Inspections and a Certified Master Inspector, the highest professional designation in the industry. With years of hands-on experience, he’s known for his sharp eye, thorough evaluations, and dedication to serving clients with integrity. Randy leads with a “Golden Rule” philosophy, treating every inspection as if he were protecting his own family’s investment.
Angela Isaac- Owner & US Air Force Veteran
Angela, also an owner of Catalyst Inspections, heads up the growth division. She ensures our company continues to serve more families across Northern Colorado while staying rooted in the values that make us different: professionalism, education, and a true client-first mindset. Angela drives our vision for continuous learning, community connection, and client experience.
Josh Donato — Lead Inspector, Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®), & US Army Veteran
Josh is our Certified Professional Inspector and lead field inspector. He combines technical knowledge with a teacher’s heart—breaking down findings in plain language so clients truly understand their home. Known for his approachable style (and light humor), Josh makes the inspection process less stressful and more engaging. Every inspection he performs includes thermal imaging at no additional cost, ensuring hidden issues don’t go unnoticed.
