Buyer Home Inspections in Northern Colorado
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. At Catalyst Inspections, our goal is to make sure you feel confident, informed, and protected every step of the way. Our approach is guided by our Morals, Vision, Values, and Culture (MVVC), so you know exactly what to expect.
Our Morals
We live by the Golden Rule: treat every home as if it were our own. That means we don’t cut corners, rush inspections, or leave you with more questions than answers. Your safety and peace of mind always come first.
Our Vision
To redefine the inspection experience in Northern Colorado by being more than inspectors—we’re educators, consultants, and trusted partners. Our vision is to empower buyers with the knowledge they need to make the best decisions for their families and their future.
Our Values
-
Quality over quantity – We perform no more than two inspections per day to ensure thoroughness.
-
Transparency – You’ll always get honest findings, explained in plain language.
-
Innovation – Every inspection includes thermal imaging at no additional cost so we can detect hidden issues other inspectors might miss.
-
Service – As a veteran-owned company, integrity and commitment are the foundation of everything we do.
Our Culture
Our culture is built on education, care, and community. We make inspections approachable, sometimes even fun, by mixing professionalism with clear communication and a light touch of humor. Owners Randy and Angela Isaac (both lifetime members of VFW Post 41) and our lead inspector, Josh Donato (US Army Veteran), bring a client-first mindset to every inspection.
What You Get with a Buyer Home Inspection
-
A comprehensive top-to-bottom inspection of your home, covering roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, attic, insulation, and more.
-
Thermal imaging included to reveal hidden issues like moisture intrusion or missing insulation.
-
A same-day, photo-rich digital report with clear explanations and actionable insights.
-
Personal guidance from inspectors who take the time to answer your questions on-site or after the report.
Why It Matters for Buyers
A home inspection isn’t about passing or failing—it’s about clarity and confidence. Whether it uncovers minor maintenance items or major red flags, your report is a tool to help you negotiate repairs, plan for future upkeep, or decide if the house is the right fit.
